Smart Home Gym Products: Our Smart Home Gym products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you experience any problems with your product, please contact us immediately. We will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

Resistance Bands Bundle: Our Resistance Bands Bundle comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you experience any problems with your product, please contact us immediately. We will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

Supplements: Unfortunately, we do not offer any warranty on our supplements.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and components included.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bungeeinc@hotmail.com . We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your purchase.

Exceptions

The warranty and return policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or abuse. If your product has been damaged due to misuse or abuse, we may still be able to offer repair services at a reduced cost, but we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

This warranty and return policy applies only to purchases made directly from our website. If you purchased our product from a third-party retailer, please contact them for their warranty and return policy.
